Chuck Eats KC - August 12, 2024
Hearts and Coffee in Atchison, Kansas.

Newsletter is Back!

I didn't plan to pause this newsletter for two months, but this summer has been busy and I've been updating the Chuck Eats KC website and posting short videos to social media. Expect a flurry of newsletters this month as I play catch up. The focus for this newsletter edition will be restaurant openings, closings, and other news.

The best way to support this project is by starting a paid subscription to this newsletter or becoming a sustainer at my Patreon.

Hearts and Coffee

Have you checked out the public "heart" sculptures that are part of the 2024 Parade of Hearts? Did you know they have different designs on the front and back? The hearts are on public display for only a few more weeks. Later in August, they will be removed and collected for a public auction that will raise money for local charities and non-profits.

I've been visiting hearts and trying out coffee shops near by. You can see my shorts videos on my social channels (Youtube, TikTok, Instagram). A diary with pics and videos can be found on the Chuck Eats KC website.
